Core Responsibilities

Business Insights And Data Analysis

  • Conduct client discovery calls and business diagnostics.
  • Interpret data from consulting sessions, market research, and client materials to determine best growth trajectory for each client.
  • Leverage insights and pattern recognition across clients to enhance tools and frameworks.

Framework Development

  • Design, test, and refine scalable business frameworks and tools to address recurring client challenges.
  • Continuously update these frameworks to reflect industry trends, best practices from winning portfolio companies, and evolving client needs.

Consulting Deliverables

  • Own preparation and refinement of high-quality consulting decks tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure deliverables are in line with best practices, methodologies, and frameworks
  • Collaboration with SMEs:
  • Act as a thought partner to SMEs, contributing insights and shaping strategic recommendations for client engagements.
  • Leverage insights from winning portfolio companies to create whitepapers and provide higher quality consulting for clients

Client Engagement

  • Act as a primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their challenges are addressed with professionalism, deep business insight, in a timely manner.

Results

  • Best-In-Class Consulting: Consistently deliver high-quality, actionable consulting materials that meet or exceed client expectations, delivered within 72 business hours of final review, and contributing to a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 75% or higher.
  • Process Ownership: Ensure seamless and high quality consulting experience by owning client discovery calls, data analysis, deliverable creation, and client engagement resulting in renewal rates of 80% or higher
  • Strategic Eminence: Identify overarching themes and trends across clients, portfolio companies, and industry leaders to develop strategic insights and market research materials to leverage for guests and portfolio companies

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 2-4 years of consulting or founder experience, with a proven track record of solving complex business challenges.
  • B.A or B.S. in business, economics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, marketing, or communications is preferred
  • Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment to build initial prototypes to test concepts and develop them into robust processes once proven. Entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial experience building a business or organization is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and frameworks, with the ability to learn and adapt rapidly.
  • Experience designing structured, reusable frameworks to drive consistent client outcomes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and precision. Ability to present to key stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with key consulting deliverables such as client decks, spreadsheets, and memos
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results on time or early.
  • A strong commitment to excellence and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.

  • Location: Onsite, with hybrid flexibility for non-client-facing days.

Salary

  • $110,000-$140,000 base

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
