Social Media Strategist Job at Acquisition Services Inc in Las Vegas

We're looking for an experienced Instagram Strategist specializing in strategy, production and editing, to join our growing creative team. This role is responsible for supporting strategy and creating for Alex and Leila Hormozi's Instagram accounts end to end (from pre-production to editing, publication and analysis). This role reports to the Director of Media. You will work alongside the rest of the Mozi Media team as well as the HormozisBalancing strategy and creativity are what you do best. You understand the best practices of social trends, hooks, pacing, structure, music, and graphic needs to produce top tier Instagram content week after week. You enjoy documenting best practices and creating systems out of them so that you and your team can more efficiently complete work and repeat winning actions. You've led strategy and created content at a high level and high pace and are able to demonstrate the trackable growth you drove for brands.ResponsibilitiesPost 2-3 pieces of content (reels and graphics) daily for Instagram account (may scale up with platform and strategy needs)Track, analyze, and leverage Instagram trends to keep content relevant and ahead of the curve.Develop and execute platform strategies specifically for Instagram to drive engagement and growth.Edit high-quality, short-form video clips tailored for Instagram audiences.Create engaging visuals, including graphics, carousels, and image-based content specific to Instagram.Monitor platform analytics, reporting regularly on content performance and suggesting optimizations.Educate team members on Instagram trends, editing techniques, and tools.Collaborate with the team in calls, meetings, and training sessions.Evolve the rotation of our content formats based on internal data, external social trends, and industry best practicesLead collab posts between A&L accounts and with other potential collaborators Document processes so that there is redundancy if you need to take time off or expand to hiring someone to assist with editsKeep files and SOPs neatly organized in Google Drive so teammates can easily accessKeep your team updated on deadlines and status of projectsRequirementsExtensive knowledge of Instagram and other short form social contentProven experience in growing social media accounts, editing and platform strategy.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, editing native in-app, and Capcut) and image / graphic editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).Strong strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset.Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality output and meeting tight deadlines.Keen attention to detail to produce error-free, high-quality content.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Experience in analyzing platform performance metrics and using data to guide creative decisions.Willingness to adapt and stay updated on the latest industry changes.ResultsAlex : Ensure Instagram content achieves an average of 1M views per post by Q2 2025.Leila : Alex : Ensure Instagram content achieves an average of 250K views per post by Q2 2025.Produce a diverse range of high-quality content pieces per week, including shorts, 1 minute videos, graphics, and memes that balance providing value, creating relatability, and leveraging viral social trends.Report on Instagram growth metrics with takeaways and adjustments to strategy every week.Maintain adherence to upload cadence and deadlines for hoc projects.CompensationBase : $100-$120KLocationLas Vegas, NV (Hybrid On-site)BenefitsAcquisition.com believes great people are at the center of every successful business.Medical, Vision, Dental BenefitsUnlimited PTO401(k) with employer matchAcquisition.com Core ValuesOur core values are the heart and soul of this incredible company.
