We are seeking a friendly and organized office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be our clients and visitors' first point of contact, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, taking messages as necessary, and handling inquiries effieciently
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry.
- Support other departments as needed, acting as a liaison between clients and staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing excellent customer service.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry and communication.
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, and outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced enviroment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be fluent in English

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
