Acra Lending is hiring for Account Executives in Clearwater, FL! This Account Executive position is responsible for developing a plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals. Develop and execute an effective prospecting plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard Prepare call lists and take appropriate actions to draw in and sustain business Win business through deepening contact networks within new and existing accounts Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline Four-year Bachelor degree from an accredited institution with focus on finance, real-estate, marketing, sales, or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office products, word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge and understanding of web search via popular search engines, Google, Bing, etc. Aggressive, go-getter attitude and epic closing skills Sales experience is required Mortgage experience strongly preferred Current and non-restricted drivers license and adequate car insurance Medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, EAP counseling services, FSA & HSA, company sponsored life insurance for employee, voluntary life insurance for employee, spouse and child, AD&D Insurance, voluntary short-term and long-term disability, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, legal assistance, pet insurance, living will and trust preparation discounts, commuter program, annual walking challenge, employee appreciation events and monthly sales awards.
