- >$3.0M–≤$5.0M: 50 bps
- >$5.0M: 60 bps

This Account Executive position is responsible for developing a plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals.
Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert, knowledgeable in all Acra Lending products and programs, basic eligibility parameters, and pricing
- Develop and execute an effective prospecting plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard
- Prepare call lists and take appropriate actions to draw in and sustain business
- Win business through deepening contact networks within new and existing accounts
- Submit clean and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Four-year Bachelor degree from an accredited institution with focus on finance, real-estate, marketing, sales, or equivalent. Preferred but not required
- High school diploma recipient.
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office products, word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of web search via popular search engines, Google, Bing, etc.
- Aggressive, go-getter attitude and epic closing skills
Credentials and Experience Required:
- Sales experience is required
- Mortgage experience strongly preferred
- Current and non-restricted driver’s license and adequate car insurance
Compensation range is $27,000 - $200,000 your first year.
