What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Analyst position at Acra Lending?
Summary
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting Acra’s Finance team with managing liquidity, mortgage loan funding operations and banking relationships. The individual will work closely with the VP, Treasury Operations to help manage the company’s cash flow and liquidity planning; optimize warehouse funding lines; and administer banking relationships and payment processing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor daily cash positions and forecast short-term and long-term liquidity needs• Support daily reporting on treasury metrics• Process wire transfers and other payments• Assist in managing banking relationships including opening new corporate and custodial accounts, creating wire templates, maintaining documents, and performing earnings credits analysis• Support warehouse funding operations team; provide backup coverage as needed• Support monthly and quarterly reporting on financial covenant compliance• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies related to treasury activities• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, Investor Accounting, Capital Markets and FP&A to support business needs

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines• Sophisticated proficiency in Excel• Familiarity with mortgage warehouse facilities and other forms of secured financing including securitizations; experience with warehouse financing operations a plus• Understanding of budgeting and forecasting using historical financial data as well as thoughtful assumptions based on knowledge of the company and market conditions• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; role requires frequent interaction and collaboration with senior management and cross-functional teams; must be able to present analysis clearly and succinctly
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or equivalent• 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis; mortgage industry experience a plus.
Pay Range: $80K - $85K
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
