About the Position:
The Warehouse Manager is key to implementing the Acree vision of an efficiently operated warehouse that meets and maintains OSHA regulations. This position supports all warehouse activities for multiple departments such as the Office, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for inventory management, people management, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage their leadership skills, experience, and knowledge to create new strategies that promote a healthy, organized, and fully functional warehouse.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead and inspire the warehouse team, fostering a "tech-friendly" environment that promotes seamless operations and exceptional internal customer service.
- Cultivate a sense of accountability of staff regarding the quality of work, accuracy, and efficiency of all expected job functions.
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintaining an organized, efficient, and clean workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Oversee the weekly replenishment of trucks and warehouses, guaranteeing the prompt delivery of materials and minimizing instances of stock shortages. Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Optimize the allocation of materials across trucks and warehouses, utilizing adaptable criteria to adapt to shifting demands and evolving requirements.
- Monitor material demands, proactively update the item master to accommodate changes, and ensure a seamless flow of operations.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to effectively manage and deploy the truck fleet, contributing to the strategic coordination of resources.
- Actively participate in operations meetings alongside the Executive Team, offering valuable insights and contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Maintain departmental equipment, tools, repairs, and storage solutions, streamlining access to essential resources for enhanced efficiency.
- Uphold the highest safety and compliance standards set by OSHA, ensuring a secure and protected work environment for all staff members.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of OSHA standards & ensures compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective at planning, organizing, and communicating.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Clean background check.
- Drug-Free.
Experience/Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5 years of warehouse management experience required.
- Forklift certification is required.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; EXCEL required
- HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Service Titan is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
- Competitive Pay- Starting at $60-75k annually with opportunities plus bonuses.
