Provides a variety of complex clerical administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit, including budget preparation, personnel changes and preparation/control of records, statistics and reports regarding operations. Administers programs, projects and/or processes. May have added AC Board of Directors-related job duties. Performs a variety of highly complex administrative duties, requiring a broad range of responsibility in support of executives (VP and above) and applicable programs. May compile materials, minutes and correspondence for committee meetings of an Arkansas Children's Board of Directors. 2. Acts as central liaison between management, staff, and providers 3. Manages complex executive calendars, responds to and sends out meeting requests and ensures schedules are kept up-to-date and accurate. 4. Prepares documents, manages information and administrative scheduling. 5. Takes initiative to begin and complete projects and create presentations and reports. 6. Has specialized functional knowledge to independently analyze and respond to administrative matters within set limits, and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. 7. Performs other duties as assigned.
