Job Summary :
The Account Coordinator manages clients' needs and develops strong relationships through delivery of high-quality customer service. Acts as liaison between clients and internal cross-functional teams. Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solution(s) per customer needs and improves the entire customer experience through teamwork and proactive customer service.
Fundamental Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to members, client groups, brokers, and providers via phone and email.
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned client groups and brokers.
- Complete monthly / quarterly responsibilities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensures the timely and successful delivery of company's solutions according to customer needs.
- Liaises between the clients and internal teams for solutions.
- Maintains a working-level understanding of the benefit products.
- Attend department or company meetings and trainings as required.
