Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity in Acrisure’s Finance department to join our Capital Markets team and immediately make an impact on the overall success of the company. Responsibilities include directly supporting the equity issuance process, debt and equity compliance, and shareholder relations. This position works in partnership with all members of the Capital Markets team and Acrisure’s shareholders.
Responsibilities
Create new shareholder records using equity cap table software
Issue new equity, prepare dividend accrual calculations, and support in preparation of the monthly equity cap table
Prepare and support periodic shareholder communications
Document and maintain internal controls for equity issuances
Monitor and prepare quarterly debt compliance certificates, and maintenance of periodic debt payments
Prepare investor audit confirmations
Support Capital Markets team during debt and/or equity capital capital raises through due diligence preparation, drafting of offering documents, creation of presentations, and other workstreams

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, ideally with a major in Finance or Accounting
0-3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance or Accounting
Years of prior experience may influence level of analyst role
