Job Summary:
Transformation Solutions Architects support Acrisure’s Transformation Office by playing a key role partnering with business verticals and the overall enterprise by understanding their governance structure, business processes, and information systems. This role engineers and aligns current to future state process and system design with decisions regarding products and services, partners, OKRs, capabilities, and key IT initiatives. The primary focus is the business divisions, business operations, business analysis frameworks, and related networks that link these aspects of the enterprise together. The Solutions Architect works to develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and industry standard techniques. They will effectively partner with internal stakeholders in building strong trust relationships and provide the Transformation Office and Acrisure leadership with timely information for informed decision making.
Responsibilities:
Guide multiple geographies, divisions and leaders to an optimal process and technology model with exceptional change management application to support the organization
Collaborates closely with counterparts in the Transformation Office, Divisions, Operations, and IT to align process improvements to technical solutions
Develop a solutions architecture strategy based on a situational awareness of various business scenarios, stakeholders, and motivations
Apply a structured solutions engineering approach and methodology for capturing the key current and future state views of the enterprise
Capture the tactical and strategic business goals that provide traceability through the organization and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance
Document the primary business functions of the enterprise and distinguish between customer-facing, division-related, and information technology functions
Define the set of strategic, core and support processes that transcend functional and organizational boundaries; identify and describe external entities such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business; and describe which people, resources and controls are involved in the processes
Capture the relationships among roles, capabilities and business units, the decomposition of those business units into subunits, and the internal or external management of those units
Drive process improvement and scalable solutions that work across a complex ecosystem of business lines and verticals
Partner with the various PMO organizations to translate technical requirements to actionable business deliverables
Partner closely with Transformation Office Change Management & Communications team to help drive lasting change and keep stakeholders informed throughout the organization

High EQ with a strong ability to 'read the room' and adjust approach, facilitate change management tactics, and foster trust at levels of the organization
Ability to rapidly get to an '80/20' answer, and comfort tailoring the analytical approach as necessary given timelines
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology or related field and 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role, leading large process engineering transformational efforts
Demonstrated leadership experience and indirect team leadership of cross-functional resources
A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance
Experience recognizing structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo redundancies
The ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions
The ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues
Experience using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate, or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business
The ability to visualize and create high-level models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture
Extensive experience planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives
Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
Advanced user of MS Office, SharePoint, business process management, and business intelligence tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and how they intersect with data governance
Experience collaborating with or leading U.S. insurance operations preferred
Project management experience preferred
