About The Role

As an Account Manager specializing in Professional Liability and Errors and Omissions (E&O) at Acrisure, you will be essential in managing and growing a profile of accounts. Your role will encompass client relationship management, policy review and negotiation, risk assessment, and ensuring clients receive optimal coverage to meet their needs. Maintain a high level of client retention by managing the day-to-day service needs of our clients and constantly work toward strong client relationships. Market and service accounts in accordance with the division objectives and procedures. Contribute to the profitable growth of the division by achieving retention and renewal goals, proactive account rounding, up-selling of limits / coverages and by providing extraordinary client service.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, thoroughly understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service.
• Review, analyze, and negotiate professional liability and E&O insurance policies to secure favorable terms for clients.
• Provide expert advice on identifying and mitigating professional risks through customized insurance solutions.
• Assist clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to offer informed recommendations and strategies.
• Work with underwriters, legal teams, and other key stakeholders to deliver comprehensive coverage solutions.
• Ensure all client interactions are well-documented and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate on the development and execution of strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Collaborate with the client advisor to review exposures and insurance programs for assigned clients, determine if carrier is the best fit for the client while considering coverage, protection, and cost.
• Monitor carrier activities to make sure that they are fulfilling their responsibilities to the customer (policy endorsements, claims, etc.)
• Complete account reviews.
• Keeps customers up to date on "pending changes" in the insurance world that may impact their insurance coverage.
• Assists or completes other tasks as directed by division management.
• Provide timely, professional, accurate communication to client, team, carrier representatives and

• Seeks referrals from clients and follows through to help generate new business.
• Refers current and prospective clients to Benefits Department and Personal Insurance for solicitation of those lines of business.
• Coach and mentor junior members of the commercial lines, may lead team meetings and initiatives.
• Comply with agency standards, policies, and procedures.
