Job Summary :
Strategic partner and risk advisor for all clients and service teams through a high level of service and analysis of claims data that helps shape client policies and procedures to improve overall risk management. Responsible for direct management of the Technical Claims Specialist. Proactively works toward achieving organization and team goals.
Responsibilities :
- Functions as subject matter expert for claims management, risk clarity, and advisory services
- Facilitates risk management policy changes for pre & post loss processes including but not limited to :
Pre hire enhanced physical setup
