Job Description
Preferred someone with experience in Microsoft word, excel, power point, and access. Someone that can prepared bank statements and handle checks, money orders and some times cash. Great communication skills to attend the public, and customers phone calls.
Essential Functions of the Position:
- Applies agency laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures in maintaining and processing agency information.
- Creates official agency documents, databases, and spreadsheets using appropriate software (e.g., Word, Access, Excel).
- Acts as a liaison with the public, clients, and agency staff, providing information and explaining services, laws, and procedures.
- Ensures effective coordination of operational functions.
- Establishes tracking and monitoring systems with follow-ups to ensure resolution.
- Prepares technical and administrative material for public or internal use.
- Collects and compiles data for reports with supporting documentation.
- Analyzes routine procedures and recommends improvements for office efficiency.
- Maintains and organizes filing systems for accurate and retrievable documentation.
Education
Minimum 3.0 GPA in high school.
