70% of the work is Data entry and 30% is Data Quality Review for completeness and accuracy.
Qualification :
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- An associate's in Public Administration, Data Management, Health Information, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support in a healthcare, behavioral health, or social services setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Familiarity with data management systems or similar client record databases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
