- Project File Review :
- Conduct thorough reviews project files.
- Create detailed lists of missing items or incomplete documentation in each project file.
- Solicit Missing Items :
- Contact borrowers to request and collect missing items or documentation necessary for project files.
- Follow up with borrowers to ensure timely submission and resolution of any outstanding issues.
- File Maintenance :
- Regularly update and maintain project files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
- Scanning and Electronic Filing :
- Scan engineering plans and other relevant documents.
- File scanned documents electronically in the appropriate systems or repositories.
- Administrative Duties :
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.
- Maintain organized records and provide regular status reports on file reviews and updates.
