What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Business Partner position at Acro Service Corp?
• Provides forward thinking HR consultation on strategic and operational issues by proactively assessing work environment, culture, and identifying and implementing appropriate action. This may include developing and implementing programs in the areas of talent development, rewards/recognition, employee engagement or other initiatives to improve overall organization health and performance.
• Strategically support the growth of two Ecolab production facilities by working cross-functionally with management, and maintaining compliance and HR best practices.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for employees and managers in the areas of employee relations, employee development, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll, and policy/procedure related issues.
• Supports the annual salary and bonus planning process and provides input into the development of the annual Talent Plan.
• Provides employee and manager training including Performance, Planning and Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Assessment and Succession Planning and Leadership Development.
• Leads DE&I work across the function/division
• Participates and/or leads Talent council meetings and helps supports enabling talent initiatives across the function.
• Provide HR related data and reporting to leaders in order to promote data driven decision making and strategy development.
• Participates in corporate-wide HR service delivery improvement projects.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure the organization’s recruiting needs are fulfilled.

Education/Experience Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of progressive human resource experience, preferably as a generalist
• Experience working with exempt and non-exempt workers
• No immigration sponsorship available
Education Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, business or equivalent.
• MBA or Master’s Degree in related field
• Proven employee relations and active listening skills
• Ability to interact with all levels within and across the organization
• Strong organizational, time and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, influence decision-makers and implement solutions
