What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Quality Engineer position at Acro Service Corp?
• How do you build and manage a project team?
• What strategies do you employ to manage stakeholder expectations and communications?
• How do you identify and assess risks in a project?
• Describe a challenging project you managed. What were the obstacles, and how did you overcome them?
Project Management oversight of existing NOE IRBs (specific IRBs assigned to contractor) in order and at rate according to Gantt chart
Validate current status and open deliverables needed to close out IRB
Validate and attend weekly task meetings for each IRB
Provide escalation assistance to teams to drive RAIL completion
Allocate 2 hours per week for 3 weeks (1/2 hour each week thereafter) to each IRB for deliverable assistance (filling of forms/presentations, updating RAILs, spreadsheets, QE process guidance, discrepancy reviews, RCCA review and assistance, task owner follow-up
• 5 Years of experience preferred
• Degree in Engineering field preferred
