Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements a strategic talent acquisition plan to meet Acron's business objectives.
- Utilizes various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks and databases to identify potential candidates.
- Develops and implements innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Builds and maintains relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Attends industry events, job fairs and networking sessions to connect with prospective candidates.
- Conducts initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Evaluates resumes, cover letters, and online profiles to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Maintains and updates database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Engages with passive candidates to keep them interested in potential opportunities.
- Works closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Provides regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines
- Conducts market research to understand industry trends, and competitor hiring practices.
- Provides insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Partners with department heads and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
- Oversees the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Builds and maintains a strong employer brand in the marketplace.
- Utilizes data and metrics to analyze and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
- Manages relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Stays current with industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
- Manages the talent acquisition budget.
- Leads initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 9 years of directly related experience.
- Significant experience in talent acquisition and candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment technologies.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans.
- Strong research skills to identify and source potential candidates.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms
- Ability to analyze job requirements and match them with candidate profiles.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate candidate assessments.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Experience in a similar industry or with technical recruiting is highly desirable.
- Professional HR or Talent Acquisition certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, AIRS CIR).
