Role Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Account Manager. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office products, outstanding problem-solving skills, and schedule flexibility. Please note that this is not a sales position.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Actively participate in customer retention through empathetic listening, policy review, and appropriate escalation of issues.
  • Assist in claim processing and resolution.
  • Understand billing systems in relation to policy coverage, and communicate policy premium impacts to customers.
  • Prepare insurance forms/documents, answer phones, process mail, assist customers, perform scanning and photocopying tasks, and handle insurance check processing.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact information.
  • Adapt quickly to new insurance platforms and processes.

Qualifications:

  • A willingness to learn, be resourceful, and accept coaching.
  • An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, following through, and following up.
  • Professional phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle stressful situations tactfully.
  • Experience in any of the following areas is a major plus: trucking dispatch, trucking accounting, trucking permits.

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Trucking industry services: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • High School or equivalent (Preferred)

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Overtime availability is preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to $35.00 per hour.
  • 401(k) and flexible schedule.

Additional Requirements:

  • Positions are on-site, and reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is preferred.
  • Weekend availability.

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
