Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diverse duties in maintaining accounting records. This role requires a strong understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation processes.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations on a regular basis to maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed financial reports in compliance with GAAP.
- Record debits and credits accurately in accounting software.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Maintain organized financial files and documentation for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
