Pay Rate: $231,000 - $280,000/Yearly. Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).

- Under the supervision of the Executive Director.
- Provides general medical direction and supervision of the medical aspects of participant care.
- Responsible for the delivery of participant care, clinical outcomes, and oversight of the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of medical policies and procedures/standards and protocols.
- Provides direction and supervision to related Primary Care Providers (PCPs) and APPs.
- Provides leadership and guidance to the program colleagues and providers in the local community.

Submission Requirements

- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - REQUIRED
- Board Certified in Geriatrics or Certificate of Added Qualifications in Geriatric Medicine (to be completed prior to start) - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- IN license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly population - REQUIRED
- Previous supervisory experience - REQUIRED
Certification Requirements
- BLS Certification
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible
- Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS)
- DEA Certification
State License Requirements
- Indiana State License
