ACRUVA Capital Partners (“ACRUVA”) is seeking a Land Acquisition Analyst to join our team working from our Deerfield Beach, FL office. ACRUVA is expanding its Affordable Housing multifamily portfolio through development of new multifamily communities located in Florida and Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The Land Acquisitions Analyst will play a critical role conducting extensive land research to source vacant land for development of new multifamily communities. The LAA will work closely with the development and finance teams to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This position reports to the Senior Acquisitions Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Land Identification & Sourcing : Research and identify potential land acquisition opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals. Analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in targeted regions.
• Due Diligence : Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including zoning, environmental reviews, site inspections, and title research. Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities for each site.
• Market Research : Monitor real estate market trends, demographic shifts, and economic indicators to inform acquisition strategy. Stay up to date on zoning regulations and entitlement processes for targeted markets.
• Negotiation & Transaction Support : Assist in negotiating terms and pricing for land purchases. Support contract documentation, ensuring all aspects of the acquisition meet legal, financial, and company standards.
• Coordination with Development Team : Work closely with the development team to ensure that acquired land meets the requirements for future projects, including design, entitlements, and construction timelines.
• Relationship Building : Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, municipalities, and other industry stakeholders to source potential land deals and stay informed on market opportunities.
• Reporting & Presentation : Prepare and present acquisition reports and recommendations to senior leadership. Provide detailed summaries and analyses of potential land deals, including risk assessments and return projections.
• Transaction Management : Track and manage multiple land acquisition transactions, ensuring timely closing and compliance with all contractual obligations.
