Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. This role is responsible for maintaining the daily schedule for both service technicians and installation teams, answering incoming calls, and booking jobs for the service department.
In this fast-paced environment, you will communicate with customers daily for follow-ups, tech arrival updates, scheduling, and more. Your strong teamwork environment and high typing and multitasking skills will enable you to thrive in this dynamic role.
This position requires 1-3 years of related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, or project management. You must be proactive and accountable, self-motivated, and able to learn independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, particularly under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have familiarity with Service Titan and HVAC dispatching, although training will be provided for the right person. A team player with geographical knowledge of the service area or map reading skills is also desirable.
