Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Proven ability to elicit requirements through customer interviews and create well-written system requirements documents.
• Strong understanding and application of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Expertise in business process re-engineering and improving software process flows.
• Proficiency in developing user stories and use cases following industry best practices.
• Experience designing mockups and wireframes in adherence to UX best practices.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong writing and organizational skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Modern Requirements for requirements management.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for issue tracking and project management.
• Familiarity with TEA or other state/local education agencies.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit and document clear and concise system requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Create detailed user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
• Design intuitive wireframes and mockups aligned with user experience best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SDLC adherence.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to drive alignment and clarity.
