- Develop and implement comprehensive leadership development strategies that align with organizational goals and values.
- Conduct leadership assessments to identify strengths, gaps, and development needs across all levels of the organization.
- Design and deliver executive coaching programs to enhance leadership capabilities and support personal and professional growth.
- Lead succession planning efforts to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders and mitigate leadership gaps.
- Shape and influence organizational culture through strategic initiatives and leadership practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align leadership strategies with business objectives and drive organizational change.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs and initiatives, using data and feedback to make continuous improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in leadership development to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of leadership excellence.
- Master’s degree in Leadership, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Over 15 years of experience in leadership development, with a strong focus on leadership assessment, executive coaching, and succession planning.
- Proven ability to shape organizational culture and develop effective leadership strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and other key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in leadership development tools and methodologies.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
