Job Title: Leadership Development Specialist (US Citizen Only)

Location: Gainesville, FL (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver leadership development programs and training sessions to support the growth of current and emerging leaders.
• Apply knowledge of various leadership styles and training methodologies to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions, providing participants with practical tools and techniques for effective leadership.
• Utilize coaching techniques to support individuals in achieving their leadership goals and overcoming development challenges.
• Assess the effectiveness of leadership development programs and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align leadership development efforts with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in leadership development to ensure the programs remain relevant and effective.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Leadership, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership development, including knowledge of leadership styles, training facilitation, and coaching techniques.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective leadership training programs and workshops.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Familiarity with current trends and best practices in leadership development.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
