- Oversee and manage data to ensure accuracy, security, and effective utilization within the organization.
- Implement technology solutions to enhance citizen engagement and improve service delivery.
- Work with various teams to gather requirements, define system specifications, and develop actionable plans.
- Assist in integrating new systems and technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years in IT systems analysis or a related field, with a focus on data management and technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in managing information systems and developing solutions for citizen engagement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
