Job Title: L3 support

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with agencies and business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical and security infrastructure needs, resulting in comprehensive architecture design documentation that addresses data flows, system interfaces, authentication, and more.
• Experience leading a team of Solution Architects and Level 3 Operational/Technical support staff to enhance communication and ensure a clear understanding of both technical and business concepts.
• Experience spearheading the adoption of modern technologies essential to the organization’s core mission, including but not limited to DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, Cloud computing, AI technologies, and BI/Data Analytics.
• Experience partnering and collaborating with stakeholders—including Business, IT, and external vendors—to communicate technical and business strategies effectively.
• Experience evaluating new products to ensure they meet business requirements and comply with IT policies.
