Mandatory Qualifications :
- Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Tester
- Over seven (7) years of work experience in quality assurance, managing testing across multiple high-profile projects, with complex functional domains, within a matrix organization.
- More than five (5) years of work experience reporting and presenting to stakeholders and senior management.
Desirable Qualifications :
- At least seven (7) years of work experience developing testing products including test plans, test cases, automated test scripts, and defect reporting documentation.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience with automated testing tools like Selenium.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience with defect tracking and test planning tools such as Jira, Jira-related plug-ins, or HP Application Lifecycle Management / Quality Center.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in Java scripting or related programming languages within the context of developing automated test script solutions.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience supervising teams of quality analysts.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience leading and facilitating meetings, workgroups, etc.
- Two (2) years of work experience coordinating with and liaising with performance testing or security testing teams.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience managing the defect lifecycle including defect creation, monitoring, status reporting, and retesting defect fixes.
