- Conduct detailed assessments of organizational structures, workflows, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform needs assessments to understand the organization’s current and future requirements, and recommend targeted interventions.
- Analyze data related to organizational performance, employee engagement, and change management to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop strategies for organizational improvement.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing organizational structures and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the development and implementation of organizational development initiatives, including change management and employee engagement programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of organizational development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in organizational development, applying relevant insights to the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, with a strong focus on assessing organizational structures and conducting needs assessments.
- Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to inform organizational development strategies.
- Strong understanding of organizational theory and its application in a business context.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with change management principles and employee engagement strategies.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
