- Lead the design and implementation of organizational development strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute change management initiatives to ensure successful transitions during periods of organizational change.
- Drive employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement organizational improvements and streamline processes.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers on organizational development best practices.
- Utilize organizational theory to analyze current structures and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives to enhance leadership development, talent management, and succession planning within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development programs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on matters related to organizational development and change management.
- Mentor and develop a team of organizational development professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational development, with a strong focus on change management, employee engagement, and organizational theory.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Deep understanding of organizational theory and its application in a business context.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of business operations and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
