Qualifications
- Extensive experience with CA SiteMinder version 12.51 and higher, including configuration and management of access control solutions.
- Proficient in working with CA SiteMinder (SM) Walker version 5.5 and higher, leveraging its capabilities for automated processes and integration.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2008 64-bit and higher, including installation, configuration, and administration.
- Strong background in working with IIS (Internet Information Services) version 6 and higher for web server configuration and management.
- In-depth experience with Oracle Entitlements Server, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), and Oracle Access Manager (OAM) for identity and access management solutions.
- Proficient in managing and utilizing OpenText Documentum, Business Activity Monitor, IBM Content Manager, Kofax, and associated storage solutions.
- Experience with Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition (ODSEE), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), and CA LDAP for directory services management.
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL and Object-Oriented programming, with a focus on creating efficient and scalable database solutions.
- Holds a Master’s Degree in a computer-related field, with a solid foundation in advanced computing concepts.
- Experience working with New York State (NYS) agencies, navigating their systems and processes to drive project success.
