Job Description:-

Mandatory Technical Skills:-      
•    Strong Siteminder R12 Knowledge
•    Strong LDAP Directory server 6 knowledge
•    Excellent communication and phone skills
•    Good Knowledge of  UNIX commands
•    Knowledge of server platforms and operating systems

Desirable Technical Skills:-         
•    Knowledge of Perl, messaging
•    Experience with RSA enhanced authentication services
•    Extensive understanding of computer support situations from vendor software issues, error messages, or software failures
•    Knowledge of detailed diagnostic and software fault resolution techniques

Mandatory Functional Skills:-    
•    Should be able to resolve Siteminder requests which invovles Policy creations, web agent installation/configuration on webserver, knowledge on all Single Sign On functionality.
•    Should have hands on experience on command line utilities in LDAP and Siteminder.
•    Command line utilities in Unix
•    Excellent communication and phone skills
•    Knowledge of server platforms and operating systems
•    Flexible to work in different shifts and 24*7 Support         

Total Experience Required :- 4-6 years
