Responsibilities :
- Manage the daytoday operations of the healthcare facility including staffing budgeting and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws regulations and accreditation requirements.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve patient care and facility efficiency.
- Coordinate with medical professionals department heads and external agencies to optimize services.
- Oversee patient admission and discharge processes ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Monitor financial performance and implement costcontrol measures while maintaining quality services.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
- Supervise and train staff fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Act as the liaison between the healthcare facility and regulatory bodies insurance companies and other stakeholders.
