Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Rural Health Clinic/Specialty Clinic Director to manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including GWCH's Eureka Clinic, Howard Clinic, and Eureka Outreach Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and be able to coordinate care delivery, facilitate patient satisfaction, ensure quality outcomes, and supervise clinical support staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage clinic operations, including staffing, budgeting, and facilities management
- Coordinate care delivery across multiple clinics and departments
- Foster strong relationships with hospital administration, medical staff, and community partners
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and quality outcomes
- Serve as a liaison between clinics and other hospital departments
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in a healthcare management position. Experience in a clinic office setting is preferred.
