Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and manage the Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Implement and maintain security best practices for Office 365 applications.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Office 365 applications with other systems.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
