La Torre Orthopedic Laboratory is seeking a Front Office Administrator to join our team as we continue our legacy of delivering exceptional care. This position plays a key role in supporting front office operations and ensuring a smooth, professional, and patient-centered experience.
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment and excels at communication and organization. The ideal candidate will support both front office staff and clinical providers while contributing to a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily front office operations, including patient check-in/check-out, registration, insurance verification, and scheduling.
- Manage and triage a fast-paced, multi-provider schedule (6 practitioners).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Coordinate office logistics and assist with administrative projects.
- Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, hospitals, and referral sources.
- Help foster a welcoming, respectful, and efficient environment for patients and staff.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing workflows.
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-driven approach to problem solving.
- Previous experience in a medical or front office setting preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
