Job Title : Quality Assurance Lead

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications :
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Define and implement QA strategies, methodologies, and best practices for manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand project requirements and establish testing objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
- Monitor and report on QA metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts, to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards where applicable.
- Stay updated with the latest QA tools, technologies, and trends to recommend improvements.
