Job Title : Salesforce Integration Lead

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design implementation and support of integration solutions involving Salesforce and other systems (internal / external).
Collaborate with business stakeholders project managers and technical teams to define integration requirements and specifications.
Develop and maintain integration strategies and best practices to ensure the reliability and scalability of Salesforce integrations.
Manage endtoend integration projects including defining technical scope delivering the solution and ensuring timely execution.
Coordinate with Salesforce development teams to ensure integration points align with platform enhancements and customizations.
Use integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft Informatica Dell Boomi etc.) and Salesforce technologies like Apex REST and SOAP APIs to build efficient and secure integrations.
Troubleshoot debug and resolve integrationrelated issues in production and nonproduction environments.
Monitor data integrity and performance of integrations ensuring high availability and performance standards are met.
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for integration and data protection.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation of integrations.
Mentor and guide junior team members and provide technical leadership across the integration landscape.
Stay updated on Salesforce and integration technology trends to apply innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience).

5 years of experience in Salesforce development or integration.

Proven experience with integration tools like MuleSoft Informatica Dell Boomi or similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including Apex Lightning and Salesforce APIs (REST / SOAP).

Solid understanding of cloudbased architectures enterprise integration patterns and data modeling.

Expertise in web services APIs and integration protocols such as REST SOAP XML and JSON.

Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

Experience with middleware and ETL tools.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello).

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and integration with external CRM ERP and other enterprise systems.

Knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements in integration.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Federal Experience is a plus.

Required Security clearance.
