Job Title : Salesforce Integration Specialist
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business applications ensuring seamless data flow and high system performance.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms leveraging integration tools and APIs to keep systems synchronized.
- Develop custom integration solutions in Salesforce using Apex Visualforce and other Salesforce tools.
- Utilize middleware and integration tools such as MuleSoft Jitterbit Dell Boomi or Informatica to facilitate data synchronization and ensure smooth endtoend integrations.
- Provide troubleshooting support for integrationrelated issues perform root cause analysis and implement resolutions in a timely manner.
- Work closely with business stakeholders project managers and the development team to gather requirements design solutions and ensure the successful delivery of integrations.
- Create comprehensive documentation of integration processes design specifications and support guides to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
- Develop and execute test cases to validate integration functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Keep current with new Salesforce features integration tools and best practices to continuously improve integration processes and solutions.
