Job Title : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
Design and implement automation workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive customer journeys, lead nurturing, and personalized messaging.
Manage and integrate data between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other business systems (CRM, eCommerce, etc.), ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting.
Create dynamic and personalized audience segments using data from various sources to drive engagement and improve campaign performance.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analytics and other reporting tools. Provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
Implement A / B testing strategies to continuously improve email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to understand customer needs, create targeted campaigns, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Ensure adherence to best practices for email marketing, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and deliverability standards.
Maintain and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure optimal performance and the correct setup of automation, integrations, and user permissions.
Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality and features.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
