Job Title : SAP BW / BI Analyst (US Citizens Only)
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications :
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW data models, including InfoObjects, InfoProviders, and DataStore Objects (DSOs).
- Build and optimize reports and dashboards using SAP BI tools (e.g., SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Create and manage queries in SAP BW and SAP BI / BO tools to deliver meaningful insights to business users.
- Develop and support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes within the SAP BW system to ensure accurate data integration from various sources.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP BW / BI systems and data flows.
- Troubleshoot data issues, resolve problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and support the integration of SAP BW with other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for reporting discrepancies and data inconsistencies.
- Support business decision-making with data-driven insights and analytical reports.
- Document BW / BI processes, data models, and report designs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of SAP BI tools and reports.
- Create user manuals and guides for system usage and report generation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., business analysts, developers, project managers) to implement BI solutions.
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams (FI, CO, SD, MM, etc.) to ensure proper data extraction and reporting.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the SAP BW / BI environment, workflows, and reporting processes.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP BW / BI technologies, tools, and best practices.
