Senior Analyst

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications : < / p>

Responsibilities : < / b>< / p>

• Perform advanced data analysis identify trends and generate actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.< / li>
• Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).< / li>
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical needs gather requirements and deliver highquality solutions.< / li>
• Conduct detailed business financial and operational analysis to identify areas for improvement.< / li>
• Work with large datasets from multiple sources ensuring data integrity and accuracy.< / li>
• Present findings and recommendations to executives and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.< / li>
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on analytical best practices.< / li>
• Stay current on industry trends tools and methodologies to continuously improve analysis and reporting.< / li> < / ul> Qualifications : < / b>
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance Data Science Economics or a related field.< / li>
  • Experience in an analytical role (e.g. data analysis business analysis or financial analysis).< / li>
  • Proven experience working with analytical tools and platforms (e.g. Excel SQL Python R or SAS).< / li>
  • Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI QlikView).< / li>
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.< / li>
  • Proficiency in SQL and the ability to query large datasets.< / li>
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques financial modeling or predictive analytics.< / li>
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain data insights to nontechnical audiences.< / li>
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.< / li>
  • Experience in a specific industry or domain (e.g. healthcare finance technology).< / li>
  • Federal Experience is a plus.< / b>< / li>
  • Required Security clearance.< / b>
