Job Title : Senior Lead Test Analyst
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications :
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of test analysts to ensure effective execution of testing activities.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Coordinate and execute testing activities in various phases of the SDLC, including sprint cycles, release planning, and production deployments.
- Design and execute manual and automated tests, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all product features and business requirements.
- Identify, track, and report defects using defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Quality Center).
- Perform risk assessments and impact analysis for changes in software and identify potential quality issues early in the development process.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood and reflected in test cases.
- Review and provide feedback on requirements and design documentation, ensuring they are testable and quality-focused.
- Perform root cause analysis for defects, providing insights for process improvements.
- Monitor testing progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
- Ensure continuous improvement of testing methodologies, practices, and tools to enhance overall team efficiency and product quality.
- Manage the creation, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts (if applicable).
- Evaluate testing metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
