Job Title : Taleo Specialist (Talent Management Systems)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification :
Responsibilities :
- Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle Taleo Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance Management modules
- Customize workflows, career portals, forms, and system settings to align with business needs
- Manage user roles, security settings, and permissions within Taleo
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with Oracle support when needed
- Develop reports and dashboards using Taleo Reporting tools and Business Intelligence Publisher
- Integrate Taleo with HRIS, payroll, and third-party applications using APIs and data connectors
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy, and security regulations
- Train HR and recruiting teams on best practices and system usage
- Support Taleo upgrades, testing, and release management processes
