Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented School Admissions Representative to join our team. This role requires strong outreach skills to connect with prospective students, particularly by engaging with local high schools and community organizations. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and proactive in following up with potential students, ensuring they receive the guidance needed to enroll in our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Recruitment & Enrollment
- Conduct outreach efforts to local high schools, career fairs, and community organizations to promote ACS programs.
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process, including program selection, financial aid options, and enrollment requirements.
- Maintain strong follow-up with inquiries and applicants to ensure timely enrollment.
- Community & High School Outreach
- Build relationships with high school counselors, teachers, and career advisors to generate leads and referrals.
- Organize and participate in school presentations, open houses, and community events.
- Develop outreach strategies to increase awareness of ACS programs.
- Administrative & Communication Tasks
- Maintain accurate student records and application tracking using MS Office and school management systems.
- Provide ongoing support to students from initial inquiry through enrollment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or customer service.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong follow-up and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with students, parents, and school officials professionally.
- Experience in outreach, event coordination, or high school engagement is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
