What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Technician position at ACS Group?
- Responsible for knowing how to operate and maintain all equipment in the pilot plant
- Ensures all safety rules, pilot plant rules, GMP’s and code of ethics are followed at all times
- Creates, communicates and regularly updates standard operating procedures for machine operation and maintenance, safety practices and food handling practices
- Troubleshoots and optimizes current products and manufacturing processes for commercialization and to eliminate quality and production errors in the pilot plant
- Basic understanding of food safety and handling procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
