WAREHOUSE FLOOR SUPERVISOR
Salary: $66,560
Location: Dominguez Ranch, CA
Details:
- Daily shift start time: 7-8 AM
- 40-hour workweek with potential overtime
- Vacation pay post 60-day probation
- Eligibility for permanent position after 4-6 months
- Annual performance reviews
- Hands-on experience with training provided
- Accountability for all tasks and oversight of direct reports
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a 3PL or E-commerce warehouse operation
Key Responsibilities:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Plan, monitor, and follow up to ensure shipments meet company standards
- Report potential issues to Management for escalation
- Collaborate with customer service for shipment preparation in compliance with Vendor and Routing Guides
- Process all small parcel shipments accurately and punctually
- Coordinate with customer service and carriers for daily shipment pickups
- Manage multiple tasks ensuring completion within deadlines and company standards
- Understand and adhere to customer-specific Vendor Compliance & Routing/Shipping Instructions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a 3PL environment
- MHE certification required
