Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented and completed efficiently
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Conduct requirements analysis and assist in creating project plans
- Support project managers in monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks
- Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation including contracts, reports, and presentations
- Utilize tools such as Visio, VersionOne, and SAS for project tracking and reporting
- Participate in budgeting activities and track project expenses
- Conduct root cause analysis to address project issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives
Skills
- Proficiency in scope management and requirements analysis
- Experience with contract management and presenting project updates
- Familiarity with tools like Visio, VersionOne, and SAS for project tracking
- Strong budgeting skills to monitor project expenses effectively
